THE COMMITMENT
- Full time work for 18 months
- You’ll earn $24.17 per hour + super

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age appropriate activities that support children's learning, creativity, and development
- Support safe outdoor play and exploration, encouraging physical activity and overall wellbeing
- Create a warm, inclusive space where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to develop social and emotional skills
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and rest periods
- Observe and document children's learning and development, sharing insights with families
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met, and environments are hazard-free
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone aged 18-26* who is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and:
- Is enthusiastic
- Has empathy and emotional intelligence
- Is a reliable team player
- Has strong communication skills
- Is creative and adaptable
Mandatory Requirements:
To work in this role, you’ll need to provide two work or professional references, plus hold (or be willing to get) a current Working With Children Check (or relevant state equivalent) and a Police Check. Y Careers makes it easy by covering the cost and helping you every step of the way.
