Louise brings decades of values-based professional experience across the international aid and development sector, senior levels of government and now the sporting world to the boardroom table at Y Careers. A highly experienced executive leader, Louise specialises in major reform, social policy, transformational organisational change, strategy, communications, community engagement and program delivery.
Louise was previously a senior public servant in Victoria with responsibility for the Office for Women, Office for Youth and Office for Prevention of Family Violence and Ageing among other areas. Now running one of the leading sporting foundations in the country Louise oversees multicultural, youth and health and wellbeing program delivery that changes the lives of thousands of people each year.
With Burmese heritage and as a very proud Mum to four magnificent young people, Louise is particularly passionate about ending racism and discrimination of all forms and creating an environment that enables young people to thrive in their own lives and contribute with passion, commitment and energy to their communities.
