Unlocking Leadership Potential: Possibl+ Accelerator Powered by HEX

The Possibl+ Accelerator Program, powered by our valued partner HEX, is opening doors for the next generation of young leaders in the education and care sector. Thanks to HEX’s generous sponsorship, the program will now run fully online, making it more accessible, flexible, and affordable, with participation reduced to just $499 per person (down from $1,499). 

Over 12 weeks, from 1 September to 28 November, participants will immerse themselves in a transformative learning journey designed to grow bold young leaders and spark innovation across the care industry. They will learn directly from world-class mentors, build future-ready skills in leadership, entrepreneurship, and impact, tackle real challenges facing the sector, and pitch their solutions back to indsutry. Each participant returns to their organisation with confidence, momentum, and practical strategies ready to put into action. 

This is more than a professional development course. It’s a launchpad for ambitious 18–26-year-olds working in early learning, aged care, outside school hours care, and disability support who are passionate about improving the system and ready to step into leadership.
