As a Lead Educator you will take the lead in designing and delivering a high-quality learning program that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and reflects the values and philosophy of our service.
You will:
Help plan, implement, and reflect on engaging learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Provide individual care, comfort, and attention to children as needed.
Support daily routines, including food preparation, cleaning, and light gardening.
Keep all documentation, observations, and programs securely at the service in line with policies.
Work collaboratively to create a sense of belonging for every child and foster positive relationships with families and fellow educators.
Share relevant information respectfully and confidentially with the appropriate person when needed.
ABOUT YOU
