OSHC Educator Traineeship - July Intake

THE COMMITMENT

• Part-time work, minimum of 15 hours per week for 12 months
• Alternate Morning and Afternoon shits: 6:30am - 9am / 3pm - 6pm
• Keep it interesting, with hours shared at three centres in Swanbourne, Palmyra, and Beaconsfield
• Traineeships to commence early July, 2025

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children
• Help design a calendar of inclusive, exciting, and engaging program activities
• Ensure a safe, welcoming space where children can grow and learn
• Enforce safety guidelines to ensure a secure space for all
• You will be able to follow our development pathways to learn new skills and build your career

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone aged 18-26* who is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident and:

• Is enthusiastic
• Has empathy and emotional intelligence
• Is a reliable team player
• Has strong communication skills
• Is creative and adaptable
