Increasing demand, workforce shortages, and outdated processes call for bold, people-driven solutions. Possibl+ is a 12-week innovation program designed to equip young professionals with the skills, tools, and mindset to spark real change from within.
This is more than a professional development program. It is a launchpad for young workers and implementable solutions that directly benefit your organisation.
HEX is a for-impact, Australian-based EdTech company that delivers life-changing experiences for students.
Since 2017, they have delivered immersive programs—from global internships to tech upskilling experiences—that give students and young professionals a competitive edge in today’s fast-moving world.
HEX works across Australia, Asia and beyond to help people gain the skills and networks to build the world they want to live in.
Employees (18–26-year-olds) in the care industry — including early learning, aged care, and disability — who are passionate about improving the system and ready to step into leadership.
Cohort 1
Program: 14 July - 26 September
In-person event: 18 July
Pitch day in-person event: 3 October
Applications close 30 June
Cohort 2
Program: 15 September - 28 November
In-person event: 3rd of October
Pitch day in-person event: 5 December
Applications close 30 August
$2,500 per employee (normally valued at $5,000).
Note: Travel and accommodation for two events will be additional for participants located in a different state from where the program is delivered.

Y Careers Coaches are the heart of our support model. They work closely with each trainee and their suppervisor to:
Build confidence and workplace readiness
Set personalised goals and career pathways
Provide regular check-ins and mentoring
Resolve any issues that come up during placement

For employers, this means fewer HR pressures, stronger engagement and better outcomes. Your coach is your go to contact, helping your trainee succeed and fully supporting you along the way.
We meet young people where they are and help them see what’s possible. We connect with young people through digital platforms and targeted outreach. Through our large net They apply via our jobs board and we work closely with them to ensure they’re ready, motivated and aligned with your needs. Through screening and support, we match you with the right candidate!
You’ll be guided by a powerhouse group of innovators and leaders:

It’s simple. Speak to your employer, register your interest and then if eligible you will be asked to submit 5 questions telling us about yourself and why you’re interested in the program.
