Why Y Careers

No study debt! Get paid to learn and study a nationally recognised qualification, with potential pathways to university.
Work integrated Training and Education, offering micro-credentialing of employability and entrepreneurship skills and a nationally recognised qualification. Trainees can also access an Entrepreneurs Program, providing dedicated support for those looking to launch innovative projects.
All trainees receive free access to our Employment Assistance Program (EAP) with Sonder. This digital care platform empowers people to actively take control of their wellbeing. The app also connects you to safety, medical, and mental health professionals and resources anytime you need them.
