Hi, I’m Vanessa, one of the Career Coaches at Y Careers, based in Victoria. I come from a background in youth work, community development, and inclusion, and I’m passionate about supporting people to feel confident and genuinely supported as they step into the world of work.
I’m especially passionate about advocacy, accessibility, and creating spaces where people feel safe to be themselves and ask for help when they need it.
What I love most about this work is watching people grow in confidence over time, seeing those small wins add up into big changes. I’m committed to supporting every step of the way, celebrating progress, tackling challenges together, and helping move toward work that feels sustainable, meaningful, and the right fit.
