Working in Before & After School Care means creating a fun, safe space where children can unwind, learn, and grow outside of school hours. You will be there to guide them through structured activities, encourage social interaction, and support their development in an engaging, relaxed environment.

In this role, you will be planning programs, supervising play, and helping children build essential life skills. You will also get to work in diverse settings—both indoors and outdoors—keeping things dynamic and exciting. 

Our Before and After School Care Traineeship offers young people like you to:
