Y Careers Launches Possibl+ to Empower Young People

Y Careers, in partnership with leading Australian EdTech company HEX, is proud to announce the launch of the Possibl+ Accelerator Program, powered by HEX, a bold new initiative designed to fast-track innovation and nurture the next generation of leaders across the education and care industries.


Over 12 transformative weeks, early-career professionals aged 18–26 will be given the tools, support and real-world experiences they need to lead change from within. 

Through immersive masterclasses, market research and guided prototyping, participants will co-create practical, tested solutions to some of the sector’s most pressing challenges.


But this program isn’t just about upskilling individuals—it’s about reimagining the future of care from the inside out.
As the education and care sectors evolve, so too must the teams that power them.
